24/7 Private parking: Located on the block behind the building for $10 USD / night (requires prior reservation before 5:00 PM).

🎉 No parties or events in the apartment or common areas.

⚠️ Violation of these rules will incur a fine starting at $250.00 USD.

💳 Reservation & Cancellation Policies

Payment: Reservations are charged in full (100%) at the time of booking.

Cancellation: Strict policy (no refunds after payment is processed).

Public Utilities: The property depends exclusively on public utility services from the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA). Service interruptions will not lead to refunds or reservation cancellations.

Liability: The primary guest is responsible for the proper use of the property and maintaining the physical integrity of the premises.
